Did you know: The president of Jayen Properties and 10 of his related companies recently settled a lawsuit filed against them by affiliates of a First Nations group for alleged fraud and misappropriation of nearly $16 million in funds. The settlement terms have not been disclosed. Jayen Properties was not sued, however residential construction affiliate, Jayen Homes, was one of the ten companies sued.
